Professional Synopsis:
  • A qualified MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS/MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management with minimum 5-7 years of experience in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Services and Facility Administration.
  • Gained exposure in ensuring process improvement, resource allocation and utilisation in hospital operations, NABH accreditation.
  • Proficient in establishing relationship with patients with the ability to respond to patients needs and process monitoring
  • An effective communicator with good leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and people management skills.
General Hospital Administration:
  • Handling administrative matters in hospital, supervising and managing the operations pertaining to patient admission and following up with them.
  • Scrutinising working / performance of other functional groups, providing them assistance to improve their functioning and process.
  • Participating in the complaints management process, resolving problems for patients and their relatives by actively dealing with problems as and when they occur.
  • Leading, motivating and supervising teams of qualified and support staff.
  • Ensuring that patients get quality care by driving up standards of care and leading work to improve professional practice and patient services.
  • Reviewing information provided to patients and relatives to ensure it is appropriate and meets their requirements.
  • Monitoring the outpatient/inpatient process to ensure an efficient, timely service that is clinically competent.
  • Ensuring that all audits/reviews of the departments and their performance are undertaken and action is taken to address issues raised, if any.
  • Adhering to the departmental compliance with all relevant standards and integrated governance requirement.
  • Managing resources, maintaining requests, selecting and ordering of equipment and supplies.
  • Controlling Capital Expenditures and Operational Expenditures.
  • Targeting Revenues
  • Liaisoning with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), Public Health Dept., Govt. of Maharashtra (GOM) and MPCB etc.
