Maintenance Officer
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical) with minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and H.S.E. preferably from Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintenance of Electrical (HT & LT supply) HVAC (High side/Low side), BMS, Firefighting equipment’s, Medical Gases, EPABX, PA systems, Nurse call systems through Jr. Engineer (Electrical), Instrumentation Technician and other Technical staff of Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children and & Nowrosjee Wadia Maternity Hospital.
- You will be responsible for installing new equipment (whenever required), conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment at faults. You may also be required to remove old equipment and train staff on equipment operating procedures.
- Keep a track of all equipment’s with timely renewal and maintenance sheets through AMC/CMC.
- Certify all electrical, telephone and medical gases bills with a monthly tracker on the consumption pattern and notify the higher management in case of any discrepancy.
- Certify the outsourced technical agency bills with a monthly tracker attendance and their performance.
- Work closely with the project team ensures best design and implementation keeping a futuristic approach.
- Liaison with all local government organization’s related to the work assigned and renews licenses before stipulated timing.
- Participate in the annual budgeting with inputs from all users.
- Keep periodic review with all vendors to ensure timely services.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities and submit a daily MIS to the management. This report will cover the number of calls logged in, calls attended with remarks, calls not resolved with reasons.
- Conduct daily rounds of the premises and talk to end users to resolve issues if any.
