Qualifications and desired skills:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Social Welfare/ MBA from any recognized University
Experience: 4 to 6 years in Fund raising
Job description
- Develop an understanding and awareness of Hospital fund raising work
- Make presentations and calls and explain about Hospital Medical requirement to the donors.
- Meet set fund targets by individual donors for Wadia Hospitals
- Develop and manage long term relationship with donors and upgrading them up the donor pyramid.
- Raise awareness amongst the donor
- Ready to travel around for fund raising activities.
- Approach to the donor with different hospital Projects
- Good communication & Presentation Skill
- Expert in fundraising skills.
- Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people
- Drive to inspire people and promote for donation to Hospital.
- Ability to work towards fundraising targets, accept and implement feedbacks
